1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

3. User Account

Each individual may hold one account only at bet97x. Creating multiple accounts under the same holder — even with different details — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

4. Deposits

The bet97x does not charge any fees on deposits made through the methods listed above. The deposited amount is credited in full to your account balance. The platform reserves the right to refuse or reverse deposits from unverified sources or those suspected of fraudulent activity.

Deposits must be made by the account holder — deposits made by third parties on behalf of the user are not accepted. Deposits identified as coming from third parties may be blocked and returned, and the account may be suspended.

5. Withdrawals

The only available method for withdrawals at bet97x is the Pix. Withdrawals via Pix are processed in up to 2 minutes for accounts with completed identity verification (KYC approved).

To request a withdrawal, the following requirements must be met:

• Account with approved identity verification (CPF and valid government-issued ID).
• Minimum withdrawal of R$ 20.00 per transaction.
• The destination Pix key must be linked to a bank account in the same CPF registered at bet97x — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Balance available for withdrawal (bonus balance with incomplete rollover is not available for withdrawal until the requirements are met).

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Each promotion has its own specific rules, which complement and are subject to these general Terms.

General rules applicable to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are valid only for verified account holders aged 18 and over.

General rules for sports betting at bet97x:

• Bets are final once confirmed on the platform and cannot be cancelled by the user.
• If an event is cancelled, suspended, or postponed by more than 24 hours from its original scheduled time, all bets will be voided and stakes returned to the user's balance.
• In cases of obvious odds errors (odds significantly off the market line due to a technical fault), the bet97x reserves the right to void bets placed at those incorrect odds, with a full refund of the amount wagered.

10. Account Closure and Suspension
